However, if your transactions are growing and you have a good number of monthly transaction volume, in this case, you can further negotiate the processing fee and the TDR can be substantially decreased. Also, please be noted that all payments are settled within 3 days.

2) Fill up the Sign-up form by entering your email address and password. You can enter the phone number and select a username of your choice. This is important because your username is your payment identity on Instamojo. It is advisable to use your username as that of your business name.

What currencies are supported?
Instamojo processes payments only in Indian Rupees (₹). Although they do not support payments in alternate currencies, they do support payments from cards issued outside India. These customers will see the amount in ₹.
Do Instamojo support NGOs/ Non-profits?
Yes, Instamojo support NGOs/Non-profit organizations to collect payments on Instamojo for no additional fee. If your NGO has an FCRA certification, they can enable international donations for you as well.
What if I have high volumes?

What happens in the case of a refund? Is the merchant charged on the transaction that gets refunded?
If you refund the money to your customer, you are not charged anything additional. Instamojo will retain the fee on the original transaction only. When a refund is initiated, no additional transaction fee is charged for transferring the money back into your customer’s account.
